I worked at Monumental Sports & Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A lot of fun people to work with, and you have the chance to work with awesome clients. There are opportunities to switch departments if you are unhappy in yours, but I haven't found that to be successful for anyone yet in the long run recently.

    Cons

The absolute worst management I have ever had. Management did not trust it's employees, which makes it really hard for you to believe in yourself. It truly is an every-man-for-himself environment to work in for young adults. Most of the time, the place is like a frat party instead of an office. The hours are ridiculous, and you feel bad taking a sick day or personal day...even when you are doing NOTHING in the office.

    Advice to Management

Treat your quality employees well! You are losing out on a lot of great people with potential.
