    Pros

    It was a very family oriented company, the made sure their employees were happy.

    Cons

    It was bought out by another company, and the everything changed with the new management.

    Advice to Management

    They should take care of their employees needs to keep them happy which will prevent the high turnaround

    Good status wherever you go. Get very good facilities in whichever company you go. You get to work with senior management of other companies like Jindal steels, Welspun

    Cons

    No growth opportunities. You work in a 12 hour shift and the compensation is not good enough to retain employees

    Get someone who can handle the company better. and yes, the salaries need to be higher. Need to keep corruption away
