    Pros

    exposure to varies of clients, exposure to audit, account and tax.

    Cons

    The salaries are much lower compare to similar size practice.
    As a accounting firm, It is very rare to see company not cover your membership fee.
    Low management, no performance appraisal.
    Process within company are very slow and complicated, hard to contact HR.

    Advice to Management

    The best asset of a company is your employees. suggest a market rate pay.
