I worked at Moore Stephens Wurth Frazer and Torbet, LLp full-time

    Pros

Partners are fair and willing to help associates develop within the firm. There is a lot of potential to grow here. You will definitely feel appreciated. Compensation is good.

    Cons

Not many to note. Hours are hard during busy season but that's to be expected in every CPA firm.

    Advice to Management

Don't let people slack off and get away with it.

    Pros

Great opportunity to advance. If you want to work for a firm with a wide variety of work and gain a vast skill set, Wurth Frazer & Torbet is the place for you. The Partners strive to reward the firm as a whole for accomplishments and for individuals that show great progress.

    Cons

Partners treat you like crap and you are viewed as lower than pond scum. The Partners act as though they don't have to know you or talk to anyone that is a lowly worker bee. Most of the managers are good and they treat you with respect and fairness.

    Advice to Management

Stop tearing people down and build a united group of individuals who enjoy being around each other.

    Pros

Being able to work with clients in a wide variety of industries. Provides a constant learning environment. Fast paced and always with stringent deadlines.

    Cons

No work life balance. They work you like machine til you breakdown. Not enough resources to guide you on challenging issues.
