    Cons

No cons - it was my favorite place that I have ever worked.

I worked at Moosylvania full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Cool coworkers, fun culture, dogs at work sometimes, social events, sometimes getting to work on interesting projects

    Cons

Hypocritical managers who play favorites and show up drunk to work and bad mouth employees in front of other employees, lack of professionalism, nepotism, toxic work environment the longer you stay, never acknowledge the good workers at the bottom of the ladder only the teacher's pets get rewarded. Lots of immature miscommunications among the higher ups. This place is also a revolving door and for a good reason. Poor pay as well.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees at the bottom and see what they have to say. They are the ones holding up this company. Look into how exactly your managers "manage." Lead by example is not something shown in this company. Don't punish your employees for speaking up. Currently the culture is one of fear. People don't feel like they can reach out with issues/concerns for fear of being punished/fired. Also please stop your management from drinking the products. Might want to look into certain people's time management skills. It isn't fair to have a higher up slack off and procrastinate on a regular basis and then the lower employees have to struggle to constantly pick up the slack.

    I worked at Moosylvania full-time

    Pros

Some great people, one of the coolest office spaces.

    Cons

This is primarily a project-based agency so client stability always felt pretty shaky. Saw lots of ups and downs throughout my time here, including the departure of several senior-level execs and some great creative talent.

    Pros

Honestly the only pro I can even think of is maybe that their is free pop. But not worth it!

    Cons

This is the absolute worst place to work. They have lost so many clients recently and fired a bunch of employees for no reason. It really feels like they will go out of business soon.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck staying in business.

I worked at Moosylvania (Less than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed working with the team assembled by Moose. Compensation was solid. Overall enjoyed the experience.

    Cons

Supposed to be able to make schedule since 1099 employee but that never happened. Management wasn't always the best.

    Advice to Management

Keep assembling strong teams but also focus on the managers of those teams. Listen to the feedback from the team.
