I have been working at Moravia IT part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

. Good remote teamwork - their HR team in LA and Argentina coordinate everything smoothly
. Very thorough training for new employees

    Cons

    . Unpredictable schedule
. Via Moravia, you might get to work at a big name company, but not everyday, not to mention that when they are in low demand, not every month. Some said that this job is only good for dependents of tech workers who came here. Because you yourself cannot survive on this type of contract in the Bay Area.
. Languages that are always in high demand: Arabic and Scandinavian languages

    Advice to Management

Nothing. This schedule is out of their control.
