It's not the place you'd make lots of money, if that's what you are after.

I have been working at More Good Foundation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent mission, and a great work. A great place to make friends and have great experiences. A positive atmosphere and a lot of autonomy lead to great things.

    Cons

Never enough time to get everything done needed. Never enough resources as well. Nothing to complain about, only wish we could do more!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the successful work.

They don't offer the highest paying jobs.

    Advice to Management

The management is outstanding. Truly inspirational people.

I have been working at More Good Foundation part-time

    Pros

This job has been phenomenal. I've loved working with so many people of different backgrounds in an effort to change the world. The atmosphere is positive and light and they are very flexible with hours. The job provides great opportunity to learn important skills sets in order to transition to a job requiring those experiences.

    Cons

The More Good Foundation probably isn't the best place to look for a retiring job. The Foundation acts more like a place to learn skills that will be beneficial in future job opportunities.

    Pros

The majority of the people were very nice to the interns. Work doesn't feel like work because it's a fun atmosphere.

    Cons

One "higher up" co-worker was insensitive and very difficult to work with.

I have been working at More Good Foundation as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been given a variety of opportunities at the company and have enjoyed them all. My past experience in the field is respected. I am given a great deal of autonomy in my current project and receive regular praise and assistance as needed. The people there share a common goal that is bigger than just a job, and that makes a difference. I have made many new friends through my work with the foundation.

    Cons

I have no complaints. As a contractor, I have no need to stay where I'm not happy!

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at More Good Foundation as a contractor

    Pros

The mission and purpose is great. Putting out accurate and positive information online is something few organizations can or will undertake.

    Cons

Very poor management, unclear guidelines, knee jerk reactions, very quick to judge and slow to listen to reason.
