I have been working at Morgan McKinley full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Successful leaders of social / corporate movements are often masters of framing situations that stir emotion and incite action. Here at MMK the management team has been working tirelessly to undo the corporate mess that this company was over a year ago and their labour have only started to bear fruits now. It is only now that the old and the new staff have started to work together in harmony, which makes MMK a fun, lively, collaborative and high performing workplace that listens to the needs to of their people and act upon it.

    Cons

Staff might have seen the 'transition' period as a 'challenging' phase and as we are already aware, change is always difficult. Hanging in there while trying to do the basics right with a desire to develop oneself might help individuals float through the tough times, externally as well as internally!
