Pros
The people and culture are simply stand-out. This culture is built on ambition, determination, and hard-work, whilst having great fun at the same time. Leaders and colleagues are friendly and supportive, and all of this creates a great environment for people to learn, thrive and develop fulfilling careers. If you're looking for a career in recruitment, there is simply no better place.

With great ambition, comes a sizable change agenda. The change is exciting and welcomed, but can often taken longer to execute than planned.
