Pros

I think Morgan McKinley provide their employees with excellent career progression opportunities. The office environment is fun & employees are rewarded well for their achievements. The company is not afraid of change or trying out new ideas/processes. Like any role it is hard work, expectations are high and you are expected to perform but you are encouraged & supported to do this.

Cons

Hours can be long & there is a bit of a culture that this is the norm. This is typical of the recruitment industry but maybe more promotion of work/life balance would be beneficial.

Pros

-Individuals who come in and impress can gain quick progression -Opportunity for large earnings -Lots of good people - a main factor for my staying here -Friendly environment on the whole to work in

Cons

-It is not for everyone - some people will not be able to handle the sales culture which is important for success in a recruitment environment. Having said that this company is not as salesy/aggressive as a number of competitors. -A mix of management abilities - some very good and some not so -Some back office processes need tightening up

- Friendly, helpful approachable colleague - Good social scene - Hard work is rewarded - Good work /life balance -Excellent training - really good for career changers/people new to recruitment -Energetic -Very professional

Cons

- There are always KPI's/targets at the back of your mind but that is representative of the job rather than Morgan McKinley

Pros

I have worked for 3 big recruitment brands over the last 15 years and by far MMk is the best company i have worked for. Just been voted and won the 'Best FS recruiter to work for 2016' and for good reasons. Its obvious that the talent is a cut above the rest. Strong leadership team that work well together and who are very transparent to the floor. Great incentives that drives success and a culture that anyone would feel welcome in. If you have the right attitude and strong team ethic then MMk is a great vehicle to make you successful

Cons

Based near Covent Garden. Great for shopping but not great if you commute from deep Essex. However there is a degree of flexibility at MMk to accommodate anyone

Pros

They really look after their staff and are by far the best recruitment agency in Ireland. If you are looking for a energetic lively company that allows you to grow and manage your own desk as a business with a great salary this is the company for you.

There are none. It is up to you how much you want to make.

Nice offices, some very good recruiters, good work nights out.

Terrible communication with management, who look down on recruiters. Too many recruiters squeezed into verticals, especially in IT. e.g. 3 recruiters for .Net, 3 recruiters for QA etc Terrible training programme - put on desk and expected to bill from the start even if you have no recruitment experience. No support from managers, only more pressure. Too KPI focused - recruiters are programmed and not being consultants. Bad scope for progression. Huge staff turnover
