As a General manager for Morgan RV Resorts you have the opportunity to run your own small business. It is challenging but also rewarding since you make the day-to-day decisions that impact your employee and guest experiences. You are given the ability to hire your own property team of employees and workampers. A correctly staffed resort allows the GM to concentrate on sales and necessary corporate paperwork. As the GM of two resorts as well as a Regional, I can honestly say that I have never worked an 18 hour day. The conference calls are a pain but a necessary pain for communication.
Morgan RV Resorts has gone through a number of positive changes in the last 6 months with the addition of some amazing professionals at the Corporate office. It is a young company with a passionate, creative, young and inspiring CEO so you have to expect growing pains. As with any position, do your best, think out decisions and don't sweat the small stuff.
In a time when most companies are not adding staff or expanding, Morgan RV Resorts is buying, selling, adding new products and hiring team members.
Morgan RV Resorts is a young company owning 39 resorts in 14 states and is still developing corporate structure, policies and procedures. They are still evolving and also evolving the RV industry in the United States. For those who don't like change, are inclined to embrace status quo then Morgan RV Resorts is not the right company for you.

Maybe a few less conference calls ; ) The current management team is made up of highly successful professionals who are taking Morgan RV Resorts to the next level. I'm proud to have been invited on the ride.
