    Pros

    - firm culture is very strong, you can ask anybody for help and they will help you with joy.
    - people are very bright, talented and at the same time very cheerful
    - lot of learning opportunities in every field covered by MS

    Cons

    - intern salary could be higher
    - do not separate business fields from each other. It should be very important how business fields work together towards the same goal.

Keep an eye out for employee dissatisfaction, and particularly seek to offer recognition to talented employees

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Morgan Stanley full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    flexible working hours
    nice building &, location
    pay is decent

    Cons

Monotonous, boring, ctrl c ctrl v work and not involved in full time employees work.
Dress code, even though budapest is backoffice, especially intern work.
"Training" is mostly done via internal videos, and to apply to the few actual live trainings, you have get permission from your team leader first, however it's usually frowned upon.
Team leader selection is based, less on merit, and more on loyalty& time with company. So there are leaders who are perfectly fine persons as collegues, but lack basic leadership qualities.

    Pros

Good place to start your career.

    Cons

Promotion and compensation starts to ignore performance after 4+ years of experience.

    Advice to Management

Less mandatory training about culture and career. Show it by example instead.

    - Work from home possibilities
    - Work/Life balance

    Advice to Management

I got hired as Associate (IT). After one year for the same position with same experience the entry level was VP. I don't think this hiring strategy makes associate employees to stay longer at the firm.

    Pros

Firms indeed cares about its staff by offering various trainings, social events and other activities to keep work/life balance of the employees

    Cons

Depending on the department there is a strong corporate culture inside and it might not be flexible with proposed creative changes

    Advice to Management

Management should be listening to the most junior people too, especially newcomers as they are the ones who have fresh opinion. General advise is to encourage skip-level manager sessions
