    Advice to Management

Senior leadership of LCD at MSIM is the worst I have ever seen
they are uniformly disinterested in morale and employee development
MSIM's LCD senior leadership is completely detached from the day-to-day goings on and has no idea how unhappy LCD personnel are.
MSIM LCD senior leadership focus on placating the business at all costs, irrespective of how unreasonable the business unit acts or how uninformed the business unit is with respect to their expectations on LCD.
MSIM LCD has a blame culture with self-interested managers who are insensitive and lack technical knowledge of the coverage areas they manage while simultaneously micromanaging their direct reports and disempowering their direct reports by reflexively siding with the business unit.
LCD Sr. management for MSIM does not want to hear bad news. Anyone who raises issues or constructive feedback for how to improve the awful morale and awful culture is treated as a problem employee and treated adversarially. As a result, direct reports tell Sr. management what they want to hear and are only ever honest when its an anonymous forum such as via employee surveys.
