    Smart people, interesting work. You will learn a lot in a short period of time

    Cons

    Long hours and became very political/bureaucratic after the financial crisis.

    Decent salary with plenty of room for growth if you know how to navigate the system

    It can be a Stressful environment, petty staff, demanding at times. It can be very challenging and you'll live for Friday's

    Listen to your staff, and remain fair to all employees regardless of their role within the company. Encourage growth for staff and advisors

    Continue to take the time to meet with employees, understand their needs and reach them half the way, so they can be more effective in their daily work.

    People are nice. You can take as many vacations as you like if unnoticed. Generally managers don't push you very hard on projects.

    Cons

    You are committed to one team and very hard to transfer to the team you like. Of course, you can easily transfer to a worse team. The pay is low comparing with peers
