    I worked at Morgan Stanley

    Pros

    - Employees are invested in your growth and teaching you the foundations of their business - Fast-paced, merit-based environment. What you put into it is directly related to what you get out of the experience - Easy access to senior management

    Cons

    - Culture can be intense at times, which is good if it fits your personality. It can be hard to adjust to. - At the end of the day, you want to impress the people on your team. The employees tell you to not overwork yourself and maintain a healthy work-life balance, but sometimes you may need to spend long hours to finish a project or learn more about a topic.
