    Pros

    Work life balance there has been pretty good. Benefits are great.

    Cons

    The bonus and promotion structure is one of the worst I've ever seen. It's subjective, literally all about your "network" (doesn't matter whether or not you are crushing it or not... the more facetime you force onto the level above you, the more likely you are to be promoted... your work ethic doesn't matter at all).
