    It is a good starting job.

    Cons

    No structured bonus program. The benefits are the bare minimum. Not pay transparent. Not able to work remotely.

    Pros

    Teams are left to themselves for the most part. Not bogged down in too many meetings.

    Cons

    Internal communication is often a mess and sometimes unprofessional. Benefits need to be better. Turnover can be high. Job is high stress and staff is overloaded. It’s hard to take time off at all. Favorites and office politics are blatantly played on a regular basis.

    There is no other place I know of with as much collective knowledge, support and care for the work we do. Plus, there’s no limit to growth.
