I worked at Morneau Shepell full-time

    Pros

The culture of the company is excellent and what they are trying to project onto the people that work there. The ideology of what could be is what continues to keep people there.

    Cons

The management teams and who they have in leadership is what is running such a good company into the ground. There is a lot of favoritism and if you are not on the good side of it all then you are more than likely not going to make it in the company. A lot of unprofessional traits that is going to be the downfall of what it could be. Huge lay offs and turnovers.

    Advice to Management

Think about the people you hire and keep. Some of the best people have been let go with no real reason and now the staff is sub par.

    Pros

Helping people with their benefits, ok pay.

    Cons

fluxuating hours, lack of staff support, lies, lies, more lies, horrible communication, lowsy resources, frequent system crashes, high turnover

    Advice to Management

Hire management that cares about the job not just sleeping with subordinates. Disperse work evenly and create an internal resource system that is actually reliable since your team leads arent!
