Very flexible and family oriented. Willing to work with students. They offer temp-to-hire positions.

    Cons

Some Colleagues can be rude, training Is inconsistent and you basically have to fend for yourself as far as learning what to do for your position.

    I worked at Morris|Hardwick|Schneider full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

when interviewed - thought I was coming to a firm that was growing.

    Cons

No leadership what so ever. All they cared about was who bought the best house, the best car. One of the leaders had the nerve to bring in his kids christmas presents to hide at our office. Meanwhile, our environment is dark and dingy, with carpet stains, dirty work spaces told no money for this, no money for that. Yet the gigantic pile of gifts took 5 trips to bring in and made the team sick! Leaders yell and scream in the office. Tried to talk to HR and they quit. Try to talk to other Leader, yet they told that they are in bad mood and deal with it.

    Advice to Management

Just because you have a license to practice law doesn't mean you can run company? This was the most unprofessional place I have ever worked and you violated so many HR laws. And most of all stop being LIAR. And stop the competition in front of your staff. Do it at home.

    I worked at Morris|Hardwick|Schneider full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Steady workload, if you keep up with the time line then the waterfall steps are easy to follow, some of the people are nice to work with

    Cons

Very cliquey, you know who had been there longer by how they were treated. Some teams were busier than others, and some worked harder than others.

    Advice to Management

Treat all the good workers equally regardless of how long they had been there.aybe more internal audits would have kept this company open
