they have really good benefits and insurance and are all over the USA so they can help in relocation.
Cons
morrison 'expectation' is a 10 hour work day. make sure you account for that in your salary because I was blind-sided. hard to move up within the firm, mainly goes off seniority.

Having worked with other healthcare contract companies, Morrison has extensive resources and training available for all areas of interest and advancement. If you successfully build your network and drive results the career opportunities are endless.
Cons
Healthcare benefits and PTO are not as good as competitors. Your sick time is included as PTO time, they are not accrued separately. For example, if you tested positive for COVID 19 time away from work to quarantine would come out of your PTO bank for the year. This would also apply to maternity/paternity leave.
