    Pros

    There are many positives that can be said about Morrison Healthcare. I would say that the amount of resources and support that is available to Managers provides every opportunity to be successful in the operation. The focus on people is paramount and is the foundation for this company and Compass USA. From both an hourly and salaried staff perspective, there are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company. Senior Leadership is activeactiveactive in the company and engages Managers to empower associates to do better. It is an overall great place to work!

    Cons

    I would say that one of the only cons I can identify with the company relates to the exponential growth we are experiencing. Due to the increasing amount of new business, it seems that in some circumstances we have more positions than candidates available. A focus on filling those roles with qualified individuals is definitely on the radar of Senior Leadership, it just comes down to advanced recruiting and putting the right people in the right spots.
