Pros
All of the upper management have been very approachable and down to earth. There are lots of resources available from the Morrison's website. The benefits are fairly good. I am very happy to be an employee with Morrison's rather than an employee of our current hospital administration.
Cons
There are lots of "boxes to be checked", lots of PI. I do not really have much negative to say about Morrison's. I have enjoyed my employment with them.

Pros
Direct managers were supportive but higher ups didn’t care
Cons
I was a cafe manager at a NYC hospital. I was there for 3 years. No raise whatsoever even though we were making a profit. 10-12 hour shifts and upper management that didn’t care
