Pros
Morrison Living has recently moved under the Senior sector umbrella of Compass Community Living and has become a significant and recognizable brand that has a very good reputation in the market along with it’s sister sectors, Unidine and Coreworks The best part of Morrison Living is it’s people and the passion that they have very being the best part of the resident’s day!
Cons
The only downside I can think of is the way the recent pandemic has left the hospitality industry in search of a labor force that wants to come back to work.

Pros
Morrison Living powered by Compass is the best company I've ever worked for many reasons. I'm empowered and encouraged to bring my WHOLE self to work and doing that am appreciated and thriving! This is the first time I have not been asked to change "to be more successful." Bringing new ideas is encouraged and well-received. This is also the first company I can honestly say that if a Director of Dining Services uses the tools accessible to them, they will 100% be successful. If there is a better more appreciated way of doing something and that person voices that suggestion, it will be supported and that person will be credited. It's amazing to be part of change, supporting senior living communities and elevating our partners brands and concurrently the level of dining senior members of society deserve! I couldn't be prouder to be an employee of Morrison Living and Compass Group.
Cons
None . . . and that's a first!

Pros
Morrison Living is a fantastic company to work for and the overall Compass culture and leadership provides you with a ton of tools, programs and support to help guide you to success. After having worked for competitors in the past, I truly believe that both ML and Compass provide the most well-rounded consumer experience to both our clients and consumers and it makes me so proud to be a part of that journey!
Cons
Lots of leadership changes currently, but it is guiding our future to positive growth and success!

Pros
With less than 1 year of tenure in my role, I have been very impressed with my experience as an employee so far. The onboarding process was honestly one of the best I have ever encountered in my professional career. It was in-depth and carefully thought out to ensure a smooth start in a new role. I'm also very impressed with the new CEO and the actions he has taken in a short amount of time to ensure team members feel valued. It has been a good experience so far and I look forward to growing in this role.
Cons
A few growing pains are very common with a change in leadership, but I can see that positive changes are already underway at this company.
