    Pros

    Really a good firm. Managing Partners do a good job bring in the business and great client service.

    Cons

    Management with no education- lack of awareness and narrow outlook. Major politics

    Advice to Management

    Let's educate our managers if you value them. Pay for school, provide incentive

    Pros

    I enjoyed working with employees of all levels. They were incredibly friendly and there seemed to be a good work-life balance. Also, the San Francisco office is beautiful.

    Cons

    The career outlook, at least for interns, isn't good. You need to keep up to date on the firm's out-dated career website.

    Stay with the talent because the talented attorneys in the firm (at every level) are generous.

    Pros

    Great place to work. Attorneys treated staff with respect, however needed to retire some partners instead of keeping dead wood. Great bonus structure

    Cons

    Working in different area matters it was difficult to prioritize tasks.

    The overall benefits are quite good.

    Cons

    Mofo is constantly patting itself on the back for its diversity and open door policy. It is all lip service.

    Quit trying to be like every other large firm and pave the way like the leader you claim to be
