    Pros

Global Company with a large footprint that has the potential to leverage established relationships to increase their business

    Cons

The Houston branch was a start up branch in 2013 with great potential, however did not receive any support that was promised from the corporate office, negating the pros for being a global recruitment agency. They did not or where not able to leverage any global relationships to support the US market.

    Advice to Management

    Business Development support

I have been working at Morson International full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The working conditions are good with extra holidays and extra facilities such as gym and lunch time fitness classes.
Many opportunities to further your education and knowledge. Development positively encouraged.
A lot of staff have stayed a long time. A good laugh whilst working hard.
Morson will take care of you and support you.
Supports the community and a lot of activity for charity.
    Great parties!
Really passionate about something? You can still walk into the CEOs office and talk to him about it.

    Cons

The parking at head office is insufficient though public transport to the area is good.
It can take a long time not to feel like the new person.
You will have to work hard (but where do you not have to?!)

    Advice to Management

More communication of plans to bring everyone along on the journey or to understand why they are on the journey.

I have been working at Morson International full-time

    Pros

A very professional and we'll run company with fantastic people to work with and an amazing management team who put everything into ensuring Morson works towards being no 1 in every field we work but somehow keeps the team motivated by helping us set and achieve our goals.

    Cons

Parking is going to be a pain as we grow even further!!! Could maybe add a few more weights in the gym!!!

    Advice to Management

Keep on running the company as it is and please never lose the family feel that is so heavily promoted. I feel motivated, excited and happy to get up and work towards my goals everyday. The management team are professional but fun and approachable and the way their team talk of our CEO is something I never thought I would witness, it's inspiring!!!

Still pockets of an 'old school' mentality
Certain initiatives not consistent across business

    Pros

Excellent progression opportunities. An office full of suppprtive colleagues and a fantastic Manager. Enjoyable environment.

    Cons

As a branch office, sometimes I feel as though we are left in the dark when it comes to decision making.

    Advice to Management

Try to include branch offices more with decision making.

I worked at Morson International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice people who you are working with.

    Cons

Long hours, expected to stay late and arrive early without overtime. Rude management and an underlying culture of bullying. Poor working conditions, lack of proper equipment, cramped office. No progression. Late 3 times and your out, saw many people sacked for that when they had genuine emergencies or reasons. Any time off sick and you're out. Again, saw a lot of good people sacked for that. Staff turnover was the quickest I have ever seen. Would definitely not recommend. I left as soon as I was offered another job.
