Pros
On the management end (non-field operations), Mortenson is a solid company to work for. The Phoenix location has a small-business feel and there is generally a lot of support for you in your role. There are great perks and the company is very committed to creating a positive culture. Benefits are good, salary is good. They also pay overtime.
Cons
Your upward mobility is typically pretty defined so role changes or diversity in what you do is hard to achieve. You will work weekends. You will work late.

Pros
Very progressive for a construction company. Emphasizes on inclusivity and diversity. Cares about well being of the employees
Cons
Sometimes the awesome company culture is not seen on to the construction sites (relative to the offices). Better training for quality installation is needed and is the main source of long work hours.
