Wonderful team environment. Wonderful women to work with and four. The children are absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed my time there.very unstable. High turnover. If you give an inch, they take a mile. You are constantly being asked to take several shifts, commonly ones right after your current ones, making 16 hour days.sweet people.

I worked at Mosaic Family Svc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people working at Mosaic are passionate about the mission and Mosaic's clients. A work life balance definitely exists. You are able to have a certain degree of autonomy when it comes to your work.

    Cons

The leadership is lethargic when it comes to launching this organization into the 21st century.
