    I never received any pay check from the past two months, plus the job security is terrible and you may lose the job at anytime. I worked for Mosaic sales solutions for 4 years as a Market Manager, and didn’t receive any raise or growth within the company from the following years. When asked for a raise the Regional manager response was “You are replaceable”. When I was a Market Manager for mosaic sales solutions they had 85% program layoffs, including they offered us a entry seasonal part time positions just so we don’t receive unemployment benefits. Avoid this company at all costs.

    Advice to Management

    Look after your employees, and give them a chance to grow within the company. The superiors needs to be well trained, and replaced.

    I worked at Mosaic as s Band Ambassador and I had a good time working with them. I would work with them again if I didnt have my new job.

    Cons

    The manager is a power hungry 'ruler' who's track record of harassment and drinking on the clock still hasn't gotten him terminated. HR is a joke!

    Advice to Management

    What is taking you guys so long? Clearly staff does no matter here, but hey, they pay too good for anyone to be able to leave.

    Pros

    Learned a lot working with this company. Always have been pleased with the programs I have worked. Management is always accessible. Payment is biweekly.

    Cons

    Perhaps not that much upward mobility from a contractors perspective.

    Pros

    Great pay and great benefits. The annual merit increase was a plus and the pto/sick time was great

    Cons

    Management. Mosaic was a third party retailer for Verizon so working that position led to a lot of conflicts and rope pull of which company to listen too.

    Advice to Management

    Find better leaders. Working with Samsung and their management has been horrible.

    Pros

    Great place to start a career with lots of interesting clients. There's lots of work to be done so if you're not willing to work hard and wear multiple hats you may not be successful here.

    Cons

    upper management could use some work dealing out the politics of the company. It's upsetting when they play into what lower employees are doing

    Advice to Management

    No real advice besides the politics, otherwise it's a great place to work with lots of opportunity for the future and looks great when moving to another company
