They have your back and they pay on time. Consistent work, just work hard and do your best. It can lead to more opportunities.

Pay is decent but could be slightly better.

    Pros

Paired good, no sales involve at 837

    Cons

The manager is a power hungry 'ruler' who's track record of harassment and drinking on the clock still hasn't gotten him terminated. HR is a joke!

    Advice to Management

What is taking you guys so long? Clearly staff does no matter here, but hey, they pay too good for anyone to be able to leave.

    Pros

Learned a lot working with this company. Always have been pleased with the programs I have worked. Management is always accessible. Payment is biweekly.

    Cons

Perhaps not that much upward mobility from a contractors perspective.

I have been working at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great pay and great benefits. The annual merit increase was a plus and the pto/sick time was great

    Cons

Management. Mosaic was a third party retailer for Verizon so working that position led to a lot of conflicts and rope pull of which company to listen too.

    Advice to Management

Find better leaders. Working with Samsung and their management has been horrible.

I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to start a career with lots of interesting clients. There's lots of work to be done so if you're not willing to work hard and wear multiple hats you may not be successful here.

    Cons

upper management could use some work dealing out the politics of the company. It's upsetting when they play into what lower employees are doing

    Advice to Management

No real advice besides the politics, otherwise it's a great place to work with lots of opportunity for the future and looks great when moving to another company

    Advice to Management

Hire Managers with people's skills not rejects from Companies that are in the same line of business.

I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a great part-time gig that had pretty consistent hours for a merchandising position. Worked with big box stores merchandising Disney movies. Self-managed and I had a very personable supervisor who, although one met a couple of times, always sent feedback as she managed remotely. At the time had good technology that made working remotely easy.

    Cons

Working with some of the big box store managers (KMart) was often tricky because they didn't have time for you but creating working relationship with them helped you to have success for front merchandising space.

I have been working at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My direct supervisor was great. He state goals and as long as you hit them he didn't treat you like a kid. I worked on the Microsoft Windows Account, I helped to launch Windows 7 to the US market and worked there for the run of the program.

    Cons

They signed a yearly deal with Microsoft, so every year you had to sweat the gig and not know if you would be laid off. Also as a vendor Mosaic was always afraid to tell Microsoft "no" or their "ask" wasn't attainable.

    Advice to Management

Need to tell client the truth and not worry about them staying on if you them the hard truths. My direct manager was awesome and the Program director was really good too, until Microsoft hired him away. Would love to work for Microsoft again. They need to treat vendors as their farm team to see great workers.
