    Pros

    They do a good job of communicating with all their employees, they provided top notch technology for their reps. And didn't micromanage their employees.

    Cons

    I kept getting more and more work for some people that's a plus for me it was a minus,
    There weren't really any cons.

    Pros

    Compensation is better than most retail jobs.
    You get credit for the work of others and not just your work alone.

    Cons

    Little room for advancement.
    1-800-Samsung consistently sends you people that you cannot help, and the customer is angry as a result.

    I have been working at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The people at Mosaic are friendly, helpful, and professional. The Mosaic company accepts you as one of the team members from the very beginning.

    Cons

    The only downside is that if the contract that you are working on is not renewed or cancelled, you are then in a negative space of having to scramble to find another job either within the company or outside the company.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. You have a great company and I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to be part of it for the past six months.

    Pros

    Excellent pay enjoyed learning about Samsung Products and helping people with their products.

    Cons

    There wasn't room to advance in the company. My co-worker worked in the position for 3 and half years until he decided after they hired me to leave because he wanted to advance in the company but was never given the opportunity.

    I worked at Mosaic as s Band Ambassador and I had a good time working with them. I would work with them again if I didnt have my new job.

    pay rates are slighly below standard.

    Clear communication, friendly environment, good pay, and updates to technology gave something to look forward to. They were open to suggestions to make the platform better.

    Daily tasks were very monotonous, not a very challenging environment.

    I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The pay is great for the required work load
    The product knowledge and training are top notch

    Cons

    Company constantly cuts hours and changes schedules as well as policy's you have to follow

    As a manager it's almost impossible to keep employees because there schedules are overloaded or way underloaded

    The goals you are given are super obtainable the first year and gradually get ridiculous

    Advice to Management

    The company should try and work towards loyalty with there employees when everyone has to work under a certain amount of hours to save from having to pay benefits but is required to work all holidays and overload there schedule with hours during holiday season you will never have associates that care about your business

    Free Shirts, Free Knowledge and Great Benefits.

    Cons

    NO Advancement after Many Promises, No Free Devices or Tech and Not enough Training for the New Employess Coming in.

    Let Company Choose Leads not MM Because you get some real loonies in play and than lose your job over it.

    Pros

    Pay, bonuses, minimal supervision. Mosaic management is efficient and caring.

    Cons

    Management is disorganized and often Samsung doesn't seem to know what it is doing in regards to staffing.

    Advice to Management

    Be more open and sell us consultants over to Best Buy. It would be better for both our customers and Best Buy's customers. Or open your own store fronts.

    Pros

    if you are looking for your first job out of school with people who all want to be "leaders" this is the place. They want all "leaders" and no one who is ok with doing a job daily.

    Cons

    They just lost one of the large Samsung/Best Buy programs to another vendor and let go a lot of employees. overworking hours to "deliver", "we must deliver" and "we are monitoring your progress throughout the day and sending it to upper management" are the typical emails to the group. even if it means being up till 10 pm working. no one will notice it or care. they made you do ridiculous mission critical projects then steal the work for upper mgmt reporting. they are not family friendly so if you have a family don't join. if you are between the ages of 25-30 with no responsibility, you will be ok.

    Advice to Management

    Don't treat current staff like they are garbage.
