      On boarding and consistent processes to become aquatinted with

      Guidance and appropriate growth model for employees (its all based on the bottom line unless you are a JAM or lower where it cost the company little to nothing to increase your pay)

      Find leadership that is not old friends and that will gossip to your peers about your performance.

      Hire truly professional leaders that have your best interest, the companies, and their own (in that order)

      Hire leaders that can teach you and not push you onto people to learn things that they do not even know how to do

      Fantastic company. Great culture and a slew of different client partnerships.

      Cons

      Very few. At times c level promises to fortune 100 clients seem unmanageable. But the team always pulls it off.

      Lose standard 3% raises and lead the industry with top wages if you uwant to retain the best talent.

      Most of the jobs are under contract so their is no job security.

      Potential to work with cool brands, travel and work with diverse audiences.

      Cons

      Management does not know how to manage and is incompetent in their execution abilities. Vendors, co-workers, and clients are constantly talked down to or talked about behind their back. Totally unprofessional environment with zero growth abilities - unless you’re interested in sucking up to the bosses.
