I worked at Moscow Exchange full-time

    Pros

    1. social package
    2. Personal working shedule
    3. Stable company (like 'soviet union' - big, unoptimized, clumsy, but monopoly, so there will be a long time)

    Cons

    1. Salary (less then market average)
    2. Internal business processes very slow
    3. Old building with horrible open-spaces
    4. All employees are deprived of motivation, many working into old age
    5. No career opportunities
    6. No recreation areas. The building is not designed for such a large number of employees
    7. KPI scoring exist, but score higher only in those who are better friends with the management/boss. Its not about your real productivity.

    Advice to Management

    Hmm..
    No one will help them.
    Full reorganization needed.

    Pros

Perfect team, great management and corporate bonuses. Also wonderful place for both offices: in the heart of the Moscow.

    Cons

Often very boring and non-interesting tasks (boring for me) and a lot of routines every beginning of the month. Also company is very big, so some internal processes are very slow.

    Advice to Management

Try to better understand the level of your employees and not to give them too-easy tasks (my case). Also try to speed up decisions by not sending every question to the top-level management.

    Pros

Stable company, career opportunities, nice social package, innovative projects

    Cons

Nothing that I could think of. The company is the part of country's financial structure.

I worked at Moscow Exchange (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Moscow Exchange is a large stable company. The staff is intelligent and nice. The management is quite loyal concerning the work hours and vacations.

    Cons

Not sure they have any notable disadvantages. By the reason of having worked there while studying haven't got an opportunity to find out the situation with the growth possibility. But suppose it's quite difficult there

    Pros

horrible office (old ancient buildings in the center of Moscow), poor medical insurance, unqualified personnel, absence of any performance metrics (or they actually do not work)
