Pros
The most positive part of this job is the consistency of work. Employees are guaranteed a full time position and even overtime for a few months during summer. They do offer insurance and a week of paid vacation after 90 days.
Cons
Working here requires a level of tolerance for non socially acceptable and out dated beliefs. Much of the commentary in the office is as you would imagine a lunch table of teenage boys. A lack of communication often leads to tension and irritated finger pointing. They're strict and expect a lot when paying very little, some 5-10 year employees have had one or two raises in hourly wage positions.
