    Pros

Lots of opportunities to participate in different aspects of healthcare. My coworkers were very friendly and worked well as a team. Lots of opportunities for leadership roles.

I have been working at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of resources for continuing education. Career ladder, if you get supportive manager who isn't overworked with corporate stuff.

    Cons

Frequently floated to other units. Nurse managers spread too thin; not much unit management support except to appear for new policies. Are told patients are first and managers perform rounds to see what they think. But don't address reasons patients not happy ("nurses spread too thin").

    Advice to Management

Don't assume information communicated to managers makes it to individual employees.
