    Pros

Was a great family owned company, with a very loosely organized company structure. Great overall place to work.

    Cons

They got purchased by Motion Industries, and my job got moved back east. I'm not sure what other changes may have happened since I worked there.

    Advice to Management

Try not to let the acquisition change too much.

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Motion Industries full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work is easy for the most part

    Cons

They pay lower than industry standard for almost every position. No raise or bonus. The company is stuck in the 1950's. Also the facilities are pretty bad, and in desperate need of an update.
