Terribly run organization. A lot of big egos at the management level without any self awareness. The founders have no experience being leaders and are running the culture and work environment into the ground. Extremely immature behavior exhibited in meetings where yelling at people is accepted and being disagreeable is rewarded. As long as the founders are running the show especially in the non tech departments this company has very little hope of being successful.

Recently there were few layoffs; mostly in sales due to COVID-19 related impact. Initially, I was very upset about it. But then looking around, I realized it was a necessary action. It was probably a little harsher but it's very hard to estimate the impact of something like COVID-19; which is a once in a decade event. Company is doing much better than I initially though it would do in these times.

Like most companies during covid KT did have to have a reduction of force and some key people were impacted. Currently employees need to take on additional roles to make up for those roles that were impacted.
