    Pros

    Management is always planning for the future while consistently gauging the level of employee and client satisfaction in the present. Horizontal leadership structure, lots of opportunity to interact with executives of Motivity and Clients.

    If you're proactive and ambitious, this is the company for you!

    Cons

    Sometimes the flexibility can be overwhelming, requires a lot of discipline and time management. Especially when goals and deadlines are in place.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work. Continue investing in good talent and strong leaders.

    Challenging work, though not cutting-edge technologies being used, still respectable framework and stack are used, Though UI frameworks are the latest that are used for coding.

    Cons

    Work Environment, sometime long hours.

    Need to increase number of clients. Sometimes employees on bench feel insecure due to this

    Pros

    Pay on par with industry best. On time payments. Great office. Scope for individual and team performance. Scope for learning. Management encourages and bears cost for professional certifications.

    Cons

    Not focused on all stated technology verticals. Taking on contracts as they come without proactive investment in developing IPR. Individual driven development processes. Not on par with best practices in software development.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in building IPR. IT services is a dog eat dog market. A backup income from products or solutions offering can reduce business sensitivity and dependence on few large client accounts
