    Pros

Very good benefits- 70% off Burger King and Costa at all Moto services in England.
Flexible hours- shifts can be swapped and they welcome me back for holiday work when I'm at uni

    Cons

Some of the shifts are not nice hours- a close can mean you are there until 1:30am.
It is stressful at busy times so there can be a tense atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

The management are good, all get on with the staff as friends and there is no judgement of people in lower roles (although many are still in education).

I have been working at Moto Hospitality full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast progression - requested to be trained as a supervisor after initially applying as a CSA and was listened to and trained thoroughly.
    Excellent franchise training (within Greggs).
    Nice team to work with
Good pay and always hours available in the unit where I work.

    Cons

    Regular audits.
Upper management not recognising challenges when staffing is limited.

    Advice to Management

Visit the shop floors when it's busy/ understaffed to understand the reality of a unit.
Be more proactive in the hiring process.
