    Pros

Overall the incentives such as free lunch and parking, childcare reimbursement and the health benefits are great!

    Cons

You will be willing to give it all up because the management practices and attendance and paid time off policy are unrealistic.

I have been working at Motor City Casino full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Motor city offers competitive pay. Pretty Decent benefits as well. They also have a 401k match program as well as tuition reimbursement. Its like a big family everybody knows each other no matter which department you're in.

    Cons

you have to be very flexible as far as your schedule is concerned. Shifts are give out on a seniority basis so if you're just starting out prepare toget the short end of the stick schedule wise.
