    Pros

Great people, the crowd is a little old but the company is making changes to get more younger people. Also is moving to downtown Chicago so thats a plus

    Cons

Crowd is old. Just got through downsizing so morale is a little low but its starting to come back up

    Advice to Management

Challenge the way things work. Question everytgubg and dont be afraid to change with the times

I worked at Motorola Solutions as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Brand name and established reputation of the company
    Decent salary (in Chicago location)
    Good work environment

    Cons

Things move at a slower pace (as it deals with public safety. so lot of care is exercised)
Inter-dependent teams should cooperate with each other keeping their focus on organization's growth and not ...

    Advice to Management

Please take care of the enterprise segment and deliver high quality products and services by implementing new technologies. Increase the spending on R&D as this could help the company compete against its competitors. Definitely the company has lot of growth opportunities if there will be synergy at top management levels
