I have been working at Mount Franklin Foods full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of support for good ideas. Willing helpful people to make positive changes quickly. Right size company to get things done without too much red tape.

I have been working at Mount Franklin Foods full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Its a very friendly environment, if you land in the right department you can get comfortable quickly.

    Cons

HR department is awful, they have a very third world mentality when it comes to labor laws. They play dirty.
    Very little room for growth.

    Advice to Management

You really need to pay your employees better. Everyone leaves because you do not offer competitive wages/salaries!
Make sure HR abides by US labor laws.
Allow employees to grow within the company instead of allowing them to rot in one spot for years.
