I worked at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great Location nice employees good place if you are just starting your career.

    Cons

Little to no opportunity for upward mobility, revolving staff no one stays for long and those who do suffer the burden of taking on the responsibility of those who left along with their own workload.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees not just hear them and take their suggestions seriously. They are the ones working in the trenches and deserve your attention, remember without them you would have no one to do the work. These are adults and not a bunch of children in a school yard even they deserve attention.
