    Pros

    Benefits are good. Family feeling withing your departments.

    Cons

    Communication among the departments and the students.

    Advice to Management

    Keep communication open to everyone...all the way down the ladder to the "smallest" employee.

    Pros

    All of my co-workers and students are extremely friendly. We all work together as a team to accomplish the tasks that need to be performed.

    Cons

    Unfortunately the school is closing in May.

    Great place to work for with some amazing instructors.

    Adjunct is limited by how many classes they can teach a year.

    Advice to Management

    Make decisions and stick to them. Communicate better with your staff.

    Great support from Department Chair. Was kept informed of new process and given the tools to perform your job with decent pay for term contract.

    Cons

    Low enrollment for the college, less contracts given, possible closure of college.

    The staff is committed to continuous improvement and student success. Leaders are paying close attention to the changing landscape across higher education and making strides to position the college for future success leveraging technology and business development strategies.

    Cons

    Efforts to re-brand and re-position the College need stronger support from corporate partners.
