    I worked at Mountview House Group

    Pros

    Cheap cabs! Also nice atmosphere if you get in with the right people, if you don't then I wouldn't get too comfy!

    Cons

    The whole management team are all ex-cab drivers who have no idea how to run a business. They spend what little they make on lunches and dinners out, when the staff haven't had a pay rise in years.

    Established company with a long history. Talented colleagues who know the trade

    Cons

    Not very agile in adapting to a changing business landscape. Management needs new blood and maybe an outsider's perspective

    I have been working at Mountview House Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The new offices are a total upgrade on Lennox Rd. The staff in the main get which each other well and that makes the working place more bearable

    Cons

    This company is so behind times in how it's runs daily and the technology it uses. There is no strategic direction and a lack of leadership in the control centre. There are clear favourites that the management protect and those that work hard are over looked. The recruitment and training of staff is so hit and miss resulting in of the same level lagging behind others.

    Talking to different clienteles on daily basis. 8 hour shifts.

    Cons

    Very difficult to progress within the company almost non existent here. Little or no job satisfaction
