I worked at Movado Group as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I learned more than I ever expected! The internship opened by eyes to what I really want in the future as opposed to what I thought I wanted. The internship was a fun and exciting experience. I had the opportunity to get to know the team outside of the work place. I was invited to important meeting held by VP's. Overall BEST INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE!!

    Cons

Depending on the department job availability may not be available at the end of your internship.

    Advice to Management

Make more room for opportunities to socialize outside of the work environment!
