Pros
• Wonderful teams and the people are amazing • Opportunities to work on skills that you wouldn't necessarily get from the mega-banks • Feels like a family • The foundation is amazing • They are an organization that REALLY gives back to communities (like building schools) • You feel like you are part of a bigger mission rather than selling mortgages • If you are a self motivator, there are opportunities for you to grow your leadership skills
Cons
• Everything is always spun in a positive manner until changes to staff is necessary. • The wrong people will often make the biggest decisions • They value rappers, production value, and big parties for a small elite group over an organizations financial well-being

Genuinely care about employees. My supervisors have given me autonomy and trust in proportion with my production. No micromanaging.
Cons
Poor 401k plan contributions since the benefit was cut back a few years ago.
