    Pros

Popular chain, great money to be made with a premium fine-casual Feel.

Blatantly sexist and misogynistic. Managers abuse servers and instill fear through the schedule. Lots of turn around in management.

    Reassess your company ethos.

The managers went by seniority for which servers would get the better shifts.

I have been working at Moxie’s Grill & Bar part-time

    Pros

Kitchen's Floor plan is optimized to accommodate constant movement/motion of the chefs/cooks as it's a busy restaurant. In other words, perfectly spacious.

Extensive time-measurement methods have been exhausted to minimize wasted time on the job. This is a plus for those who are serious about their culinary/restaurateur careers.

    Relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Moxie's kitchen is a culture on its own and can be overwhelming for starters as it utilizes

    Cons

Moxie's kitchen is a culture on its own and can be overwhelming for starters as it utilizes unique methodologies. And such, no specific or designated trainers who can thoroughly introduce and train new candidates. This can be a frustrating experience at the beginning, but it eases as time is invested to understand the implemented systems.

    Advice to Management

Provide designated trainers to ensure consistency and to ease in new recruits into the Moxie's culture/experience.

I worked at Moxie’s Grill & Bar (More than a year)

    Pros

    Amazing experience
    Lovely coworkers
    Fast-paced environment
    Flexible schedule

    Cons

Having to wear high heels for entire shift (4-6 hours)
    Low pay
    High turn over in management.

    Advice to Management

I do not know if policies have change regarding dress code but wearing heels as a requirement is a inhumane requirement. I suffered from bruising and blisters and I know of coworkers who had permanent damage to their feet. Please consider changing this policy.
