Pros

Only Pro is that you are not unemployed.

Cons

1. Not Employee Friendly Policies. 2. No increment at all. 3. Lot of work pressure. One person is doing work equivalent to 4 employees. 4. Bad work environment. 5. Only agenda is to SUCK EVERY SINGLE PENNY FROM CLIENT. 6. More focus is on adding new/unnecessary billable positions in the project than the required. 7. More Managers in a project than DEVELOPERS. Obviously for billing reason. 8. You cannot raise any concern in the company. There will be investigation on Anonymous surveys conducted by the third party company. They will ask every single employee about any bad feedback. 9. NO BENEFITS AT ALL. The only company that cut down employee benefits. 10. Looks like many of the reviews on Glassdoor are either paid or put by the HR team/ management to improve the company rating/image.

Pros

This company does not have any pros or redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Cons

This company has an endless supply of cons. Here's a few. They do practice illegal labor laws. They will Target and will retaliate and instruct you not to contact human resources. Their executive management team is completely uneducated and I know very little about the job at hand. They will provide an accurate and false reports and hold people accountable by terminating their employment. Their executive management promotes their friends and colleagues from previous companies. This easily verifiable by looking at their LinkedIn profiles. They will mislead you with false schedules, tell you it's only temporary, but make it permanent. They also will penalize you for mistakes made several months prior. Again this company will break state and federal labor laws on a consistent basis. There are much better companies to work for yeah, for the same or better pay. They offer no overtime and will manipulate your time cards taking away vacation time and PTO, despite not using them. This company, is quite honestly the worst company anybody could ever work for if they had a choice. Run from this company as fast and as far as you can.

Pros

Depending on the account, the work isn't too bad. You'll find your niche and work with some phenomenal people.

Cons

You are treated like cattle (actually less than cattle because cows are considered sacred by the people at the parent company). The pay is consistently low, people are only given minor raises when they threaten to quit and the pay is nowhere near competitive. They hire anyone with a pulse regardless of whether they will do a good job or not which is good for them but bad for the clients. It's kind of clever when you get right down to it, because it ensures a constant supply of people willing to work for next to nothing who have no marketable skills beyond painting their nails and having loud personal phone conversations. The management in India bears down hard on the local leadership. In one instance, a supervisor left because they were asked to treat their employees unethically. As an example, some employees were told that if they miss their breaks then they are not allowed to take one. One employee with a medical condition was denied a 5 minute break to take care of said condition because the monthly SLA was low. HR is nearly incompetent. We had employees making active threats against another employee and berating them and they have yet to be fired. There are people bragging about doing drugs on premises and unprofessional behavior among the new hires is rampant. There have been so many times the employees have had to take action to improve their work space because upper management does not seem to care. They expect people to take on extra duties for the same pay as a brand new agent. This is leading to lots of people who are hard workers with high intelligence leaving. When that happens, all that's left will be the bottom. The accounts will go under left and right. They have lots of "processes" and broken systems running on code no doubt written (copied and pasted) by developers in India who don't know what they are doing. If you have an issue, and "raise" a ticket then you'll likely be told that the "concern team" will contact you. Given that they spell "Oklahoma" as "Oklohoma" in official bulletins after being corrected should give you an idea of the competency level of the parent company. If you want to be taken seriously and paid a competitive wage then look elsewhere. Things aren't going to change anytime soon because the same company that owns DXC also owns Mphasis. Where's the contract labor money going? Not to you!
