Decent hours when you are able to sell.

I worked at Mr Lube full-time

    Pros

Great hands on work. Learn a lot about cars. Good environment. Good people

    Cons

Physically demanding. Repetitive. Retail. Forced to upsell

    Advice to Management

Don't make "total bill" as a priority. That forces employees to try and upsell and get annoying with people. Nobody wants a 50$ air filter when it costs 12 bucks down the street

    Pros

Good Management, great atmosphere. Lots to learn on different cars. Hours were great, shifts ended as late as 7:00pm maximum.

    Cons

Not much room for moving up with the company. Raises were hard to get and if achievied, were minimal. Other than that, good job for entry level workers.

    Advice to Management

Try cultivating good relationships with your stakeholders instead of ripping them off
