I have been working at Mrs. Fields Famous Brands full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I work with so many wonderful people. Everyone is friendly, capable and genuine. The corporate office is beautiful and provides a great work environment.

    Cons

The company is owned by a private equity firm. The constant focus is finding the quickest way to make us more profitable so they can sell us. It seems like there is constant restructuring along with a heavy workload.

    Advice to Management

It would be great if leaders had a better understanding of job duties at the operational level. This would help them to understand the limit of "special projects" any one employee or department can take on.
