I worked at Mrs. Green's Natural Market part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I was in high school so they were extremely flexible with my schedule and easy to work with when it came to school work/school events.

    Cons

Now having an adult job I see that there really can be a lot wrong with a job. But Mrs. Greens really didn’t have any cons. I was happy there- granted I was working part time.

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at Mrs. Green's Natural Market full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co workers were wonderful. Great people.

    Cons

New CEO has no clue how to turn this company around. Investor cutting and cutting until there will be nothing left. Should have declared bankruptcy. The investor has no regard for human life that actually ran this company for them.

    Advice to Management

Give it up already. Close it up and call it a day. Stop painting a rosy picture and then close another store and let more people go.

I worked at Mrs. Green's Natural Market full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice people as co-workers. Good food. Some nice customers. good PTO

    Cons

Too much lying, no growth, constant paranoia, too much negativity, enabling customers to mistreat staff, managers worked the staff till half dead, terrible pay, Management not supportive, Run as fast as you can somewhere else.

    Advice to Management

Treat staff like humans, understand we need a roof over our heads, provide some incentives, don't punish oner small stuff, stop lying, we all don't matter.

    Pros

    Cons

I was told that there was room to move up and they would never let me . Every time I asked they always had a reason why I couldn't. Low pay and no raises. Not very good management . They don't keep there promises . You don't get to move to other departments.

I worked at Mrs. Green's Natural Market full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The full -time pay was decent.

    Cons

This particular store was very poorly executed. Many of the labor laws were not followed, alcohol was initially sold there illegally, and the location closed before a year was up.

    Advice to Management

I did not work long enough with this company to offer advice.

I worked at Mrs. Green's Natural Market (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved working there when it was a family run business

    Cons

When the company was brought it went though a lot of changes and I found it difficult to communicate with the managers. Nothing I did ended up being right, even when I did exactly as asked and it was incredibly aggravating.

    Advice to Management

try to be easier to approach and less critical more constructive.
