    Pros

    1) Steep learning curve
You never stop learning in Mu Sigma. Right from dayone till now, I learn something new everyday

    2) Flat hierarchy
No where else can a new trainee speak directly to the CEO without going through a hundred hurdles. In Mu Sigma your voice is always heard no matter what position you hold in the company

    3) Exposure
You get to interact with the VPs of fortune 500 companies while being an entry level employee

    4) Flexibility
There is very less protocol for a change in vertical or horizontal if required

    5) Career Growth
Hands down the best company to build your career in this space

    Cons

The only con i can think of is the fixed in-time/out-time for employees

I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is scope for learning a lot.Your value after three years will be too high. The kind of exposure you get adds up to your market value. The first year course in MSU(Musigma University) gives you a cutting edge.Based on the score there you get a chance to get in touch with few big clients such as Facebook,Apple ,Walmart etc..,three years wait is worth if you have a urge to do something big and stay focussed.

    Cons

Three years Bond(21 lacs over three years).First year you get 3.3 lacs which is nowhere enough if you are financially weak.Three year is a long wait.If you dont enjoy your work here then you will head no where.

    Advice to Management

Why dont you keep a exam just like the JEE's,CET's etc and hire +2 students .You can train them well for two years and third year they can work with stipend.

Mu Sigma surrounds you with a highly energetic group of people who encourage you to fail fast and subsequently learn fast. Through muGhumao, you get to experience the working of multiple domains /industries, thus broadening you expertise and conditioning you to the diversity in today's dynamic world

    Cons

The fast pace of the company can be a botherence to people from outside who are accustomed to the 'take your time to make it' thinking. Plus, the slightly lower pay can demotivate a few into not giving their best
